Terms of Sale

Last Updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of digital logo design and branding services offered through Kavellora.com. By placing an order with Kavellora, you agree to these Terms of Sale.

1. About Our Services

Kavellora provides digital logo design and visual identity services for businesses, entrepreneurs, creators, and brands.

All services are provided digitally. We do not sell or ship physical products unless explicitly stated otherwise.

The exact services, deliverables, revisions, and other inclusions depend on the package selected at the time of purchase.

2. Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary to process your purchase and complete your design project.

This may include:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Business or brand name
  • Business description
  • Design preferences
  • Color preferences
  • Style references
  • Other information required for the project

Kavellora is not responsible for delays or design issues caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information provided by the customer.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on Kavellora.com are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.

Prices may change at any time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been successfully placed and paid for.

The total amount payable will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

4. Payment

Payment must be successfully completed before design work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payments are processed through the payment methods and third-party payment providers available at checkout.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Kavellora reserves the right to cancel or decline an order where a payment cannot be successfully verified or processed.

5. Order Confirmation

After a successful purchase, you may receive an order confirmation containing relevant order information.

Receiving an order confirmation does not necessarily mean that all required project information has been received. Design work may begin once the necessary information and creative brief have been provided.

6. Design Process

After receiving the required project information, our design team will begin developing the logo according to the selected package and the information provided.

The creative direction may take into consideration:

  • Your business and industry
  • Target audience
  • Preferred visual style
  • Color preferences
  • Brand positioning
  • References provided by you

The final design is created specifically for your project and may differ from examples displayed on our website.

7. Revisions

Any revisions included with your purchase are limited to the number and scope stated in the selected package.

Revision requests should be communicated clearly and within the applicable project period.

Additional revisions or significant changes outside the included scope may require an additional fee.

A request to completely change the original creative direction may be treated as a new design request.

8. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing concepts, providing feedback, approving designs, and supplying any information required to complete the project.

Delays in providing feedback, approvals, or required information may result in a corresponding delay in final delivery.

9. Delivery

Final design files are delivered digitally after the design has been completed and approved.

Depending on the package purchased, files may include formats such as PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, or other applicable digital formats.

The specific formats included are determined by the selected package.

No physical product will be shipped.

10. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are displayed on the relevant service or communicated during the design process.

Delivery times may vary depending on the selected package, project complexity, revisions, customer feedback, and other circumstances.

Kavellora will make reasonable efforts to meet stated delivery times but cannot guarantee a specific delivery date unless expressly agreed otherwise.

11. Design Approval

Once the customer approves the final design, the project will be considered completed.

Any additional changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing the final design before providing approval.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, ownership or usage rights relating to the final approved logo design are transferred to the customer according to the terms applicable to the purchased service once the project has been fully paid for.

Kavellora retains the right to use completed designs for portfolio, promotional, marketing, and presentation purposes unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

Third-party elements, fonts, stock assets, or other licensed materials may remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

13. Trademarks

Kavellora does not guarantee that a logo design is eligible for trademark registration or that it will not conflict with an existing trademark.

Customers are responsible for conducting appropriate trademark searches and obtaining professional legal advice where necessary before using a logo for trademark registration.

14. Customer-Provided Materials

Customers must have the necessary rights to use any images, names, trademarks, fonts, graphics, or other materials supplied to Kavellora.

The customer is responsible for any claims arising from materials they provide.

15. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our services involve custom digital design work, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already started.

Once design work has begun, the order may become non-refundable except where required by applicable law or otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

Please review our Refund Policy for additional information regarding cancellations and refunds.

16. Duplicate Orders

Customers are responsible for reviewing their cart and order information before completing payment.

If a duplicate order is placed accidentally, customers should contact us as soon as possible.

Refund eligibility for duplicate purchases will be determined according to our Refund Policy.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, customers are encouraged to contact Kavellora so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may be challenged using available order, payment, and communication records.

Nothing in this section limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

18. Promotional Offers

Promotional prices, discounts, or special offers may be subject to additional terms.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts and may be limited to a specific period or service.

19. Errors in Pricing or Product Information

Although we make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions and prices are accurate, occasional errors may occur.

If an obvious pricing or listing error affects an order, Kavellora reserves the right to correct the error and, where appropriate, offer the customer the option to proceed at the correct price or receive a refund.

20. Changes to Services

Kavellora reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update its services, packages, pricing, or website content at any time.

Changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully completed and paid for, except where required by law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kavellora will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the purchase or use of our services.

Nothing in these Terms of Sale excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

22. Applicable Law

These Terms of Sale are subject to applicable laws and regulations governing the relevant transaction and the operation of Kavellora.

Any dispute arising from a purchase will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the jurisdiction of the relevant competent authorities.

23. Changes to These Terms

Kavellora may update these Terms of Sale from time to time.

The latest version will be published on this page and will include an updated “Last Updated” date.
